If you're someone who enjoys pancakes for breakfast, pancake day or an evening treat it can be hard to resist when you're trying to maintain a healthy diet. However, we have the answer! These pancakes are paleo so you can treat yourself whenever you like!
Made with just bananas, eggs and honey, they are free from processed ingredients and bad fats.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
1) mash the bananas then whisk the eggs and honey into them thoroughly.
2) Heat a small frying pan and pour a ladle full of the mixture into it. Spread the mixture out so it covers the base of the frying pan.
3) cook for a minute or so on each side until golden then flip over and cook the other side.
